Samsung s23 ultra battery drain

Anyone had a problem with battery drain over night...my phone is only a year old and since the march update its been draining...95% last night to wake up and its at 53% it took 2 houurs to charge it and that was on a fast charge..its a pain in the backside realy it is...never had problems with samsung befor and ive been with them years...debating wether or not to go with a different phone now

Hi have you checked in battery under usage what apps are using the battery.

Have you enabled power saving mode 

Also did you recently update you’re phone to One ui 7

This doesn’t sound right  8”95% to 53%

Can you please run diagnostics on your device to see if the battery is reporting an issue?

It says system ui in the background for 7 hours and thats it

OK so given your battery is dropping so much, must be an app or apps that are causing battery drain.....

What is using up the most battery?

My S25 overnight drain is c. 5% with a sleep routine which disables most stuff and apps in deep sleep. Turning off the SIM card reduces the drain to 3%.

System ui in the background...could it be the fact i turned my internet off last night and the system was looking for a connection
