My S25 ultra doesn't allow me to change the background effect when recording in portrait video mode, the circle icon is there, but no options come up when I press it, just the effect strength slider? Are the options ment to be there?
Official launch? Has it not launched already? I have it 🤷♂️ i use that portrait video mode for my work, so I need i really. Do you have the phone? Is it working on yours?
Yes, but can you change the background options? On my s23, when you click the circle, different background options appear, just like normal portrait photo mode, but they don't on my s25, yet they are there in the photo mode?
It's pre release software and is missing those options right now. Even the S24 Ultra with beta OneUI 7 has them available. As was being reported on these forums, the S25 should receive a major update on official launch day 7 February.
But they're not the same phone, the software still needs tailoring to different devices and since the S24 is still in beta, it's not fully fleshed out yet.
