@Sophirca, I hope this finds you well and that you have received your handset by now. I can understand how frustrating it can seem to have this loss, however, I doubt there is any way to get the money difference unless you cancel the order and place another one with this offer. Bare in mind, doing so, will mean any vouchers/promotional codes you have put on your first order will no longer work on your second order but I would say that that would be your best choice.
