Trade in label missing

Just ordered 2 S25 phones for me and partner.

Did both phones in the same order as I get a discount for teachers and traded in two phones at the same time

Have received the phones but only received one set of labels and information for one phone.

Did receive emails for both trade ins though

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if so would it be ok to probably include the information for the second trade in in a word document and send both phones in the same packaging? I did contract trade in response but I'm still waiting any reply and I don't want there to be an issue with phones being locked etc

I don't plan to use the free label anyway as I would rather pay the £8 for special delivery and make sure that my phones are insured.

You must use the lable provided as it has specific information relating to your trade in.
You can still pay for upgraded postage. But definitely use the lable provided
Best to wait or contact the trade in team again for further information

Definitely don't send them in the same package, the postage label has a barcode on it that they scan for each particular trade in to confirm they received it. Just contact them for the missing paperwork.
