Today, I ordered the S25 Ultra. Samsung took my money, but I haven't received any confirmation, and I can't see the order on my account. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

First thing would be to check spam. However, I've noticed sometimes it takes a day to show up in my order list/ be given a confirmation! Unsure why this happens.

Worse case, I've seen sometimes for whatever reason (stock) it reverts back to you account instead of processing beyond pending.

I personally take a screenshot after every transaction just in case!

It's not in my spam, and there's nothing in my app basket, it shows empty. I spoke with my bank, and they confirmed that Samsung took the money. This is so annoying and frustrating.
