I recently did the sorting update on my s25 ultra and the above icons that are not uninstallable have disappeared.
I can only access the video player through the 3dots when playing a video through gallery options.
Can anyone tell me how to reactivate an app icon i can't locate please.

@PaulH69: Have you tried swiping up from your Home screen, tapping on the Search bar, then manually searching for the Google Play Store and Video Player apps. If they appear the results, press and hold on the app icon, select 'Locate app' and you will be taken to it's current location on your device.

If the Video Player app is no longer available, and you are able to locate the Google Play Store app, then you do have the option of downloading a third party option, making sure to use download figures and user reviews to help you make an informed choice.

I think the video player icon disappeared before One Ui 7. It did for me anyway so it's only available through the gallery app.

The standalone Samsung Video Player app has been discontinued, but the video player functionality is still available. It's now integrated into the Samsung Gallery app. You can play videos by navigating to the Samsung Gallery, selecting the three dots, and choosing "Open in Video Player". Alternatively, you can use other file managers or third-party video player apps.

Thank you. I got the play store icon back via this method.
