S25 Ultra Issues

I recently got my S25 Ultra.

And have a number of issues.

1. Fingerprint reader sometimes doesn't show up and I have to tap the screen for it to appear.

2.The touch, especially in photos folders, is often really laggy.

3. Sometimes turning it off (screen off) it does this really weird thing where it kinda darkens the screen and the icons show, all in like half a second.

Not had issues like this on previous models.

It's all up to date. Rebooted etc.

Thanks for confirming that. What specifically happens when you click on the Samsung Members app?

It shows the M logo. And then nothing else.

It's done it since the S23. Even removing it completely and reinstalled it, same thing.

I've read others have the same experience with the app.

Where did you buy the S25 ultra from?

I know for a fact the S25 Ultra Fingerprint sensor will not work with gadget guard screen protectors- tempered glass, clear and 4 way privacy
