After multiple tech support assist including replacing the motherboard I am sending my S25 Ultra back after having it for less than 30 days. After connecting to my car via Bluetooth my additional devices (watch and hearing *****) show connected but are not. I have completed multiple tech directions the last one replacing the motherboard. Now I am replacing my phone.
I am so disappointed in my phone but more so in tech support. Some of their suggestions have been down right stupid - it isn't that big of a deal to restart your phone every time you exit your car to well it's not our fault you waited over 2 weeks to ask for a replacement. My best one was I don't have a supervisor when talking to someone in customer service!
Really hope the new phone works otherwise I hope i can trade down since I didn't have this problem with my S23 Ultra.

@GMM2 sorry to hear of your experence and looks like customer service has fallen short. Hopefully the replacement Device will be fine

Tuscan 2024 worked with no problems with my s 23 Ultra. Hearing ***** again no problem with s23 Ultra. Had watch 6 with S23 Ultra and just switched but did hook my 6 watch back up with no luck (tech suggestion) . Had Hearing ***** checked. Tried 2 other cars same problem - 1 with wired and 1 with wireless android auto. Again tech suggestion. No problem - I am happy to try solutions but am upset when told I should have sent my phone back instead of trying solutions they were giving me.

I have the same issue. It seems that the S25 cannot maintain more than 1 bluetooth/wireless connection. I've noticed Anroid Auto disconnecting and reconnecting several times when in my car. Similarly, my watch will often disconnect from my phone around the same times. My watch will also disconnect and reconnect several times whenever I use my new Galaxy Buds Pro3 or 2. Today was the first time my phone had me wipe my watch and reconnect to resolve only that still didn't work. I'm beginning to think this is a bug with the new ultra.

I have sent my device in but it appears they are trying to "repair" it. I can't help but wonder what they are doing since the motherboard was replaced. It would have been nice to have someone reach out to me. I will call again tomorrow.

Yes. After connecting via Bluetooth to my car, no other devices will reconnect. I did figure out that my phone wasn't reconnecting either but I didn't figure this out until after the motherboard was replaced. My watch and other devices were working before.
No problem with the questions, this has been a frustrating problem as it was a problem that required quite a bit of detective work. It was a system of elimination on my part - which I hope will now help someone else.
