I recently bought S25 Ultra and was very happy about it, until in evening I open my camera to record my pup around 2 days after purchase of this product. And was shocked with the video
I capture more and figure out in dim light even not so dim my front camera is having defect.
I trust Samsung but this time there service centre really disappointed me even make me to rage.
There employees have no degree and have no knowledge of the product they took my phone and for video evidence used bluetooth to share which took almost 1 hour until I noticed and suggested quick share.
The owner of service centre told me that this is feature and I told him tell me that this disortion is feature in written and I will go without any another conversation with you.
While the service on call, took my phone on remote via samsung tutor and he confirm my phone has issue.
Thanks to that yash guy having knowledge of the device.
i request to samsung to please have look to this. I am attaching recent video
I even compare it with m55s and 11 lite ne 5g
Both are low end phone but still better than S25 ultra.

Do understand , i am from IT background I know what I purchase and that's what a samsung service centre should also know.
Closing time for this store is 8 o clock and I told them to stay will come in evening. So that as a customer I can satisfy service center for my complaint (while they must have to do opp.)
I trust you samsung and will wait for your reply

It will be fixed under warranty assuming hardware fault

Yes brother, and that's what not service center understanding. Now I have to go to different service center far away from my location.

Yes sorry brother I didn't know that I was in uk region.
And they didn't repaired they said camera is fully functional with no problem and we can clearly see here.
Surely I will message in Asia specific but if possible by you to raise this complaint or could chat/ talk with service center here then it would be thankful to you
