S25 - still stuck on preparing for dispatch

Ordered my s25 on 26 January 2025 and still stuck on preparing for dispatch it's been more then 48 hours. 

Others have received email when they will get.

So who has recieved email saying when they coming?

Mine saying waiting to dispatch and I ordered on the 22nd Jan

No one can update you, you have to just wait

I chose a date for delivery for mine so I know when it will be coming. I assume everyone had the same option

Hi there 😊 you have pre-order it so it not actually out yet till the 2nd of February so you should get it jn the 2nd of February or a couple days later

It's not formally released yet, mostly still in pre order stage.

Will be in the next couple of days I'm sure

That's a strong indicator but it's not until you get deliver date confirmation are you sure when you will get it

Delivery dates can to pushed back, usually exclusive colours one but this year maybe different

Perhaps but I chose an actual date and delivery time so it seems kind of specific to be a maybe

It's a pre-order, not released yet.. They will probably despatch the day before release date. I think release date is 07/01/2025.
So they should despatch just before that date..
