Hi all,
I ordered the S25 Ultra Jet Black on the 4th of Feb last month and it is stuck in Awaiting Despatch for more than a month. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? I have contacted the customer service via the chat option multiple times but they are not able to expedite this and there may be further delays for the dispatch is what I have been told.
Any references to similar orders and timelines will be helpful.

The delay might because you've ordered an online excluding order.
That and sometimes the internal storage capacity chosen can sometimes be on delay. Usually the 1TB option.
I hope you get your phone ASAP.
