Ordered the wrong colour phone, now can't claim offer:(

I purchased a new S25+ on the understanding that I would receive a free tablet which I was going to set up for my autistic son. However, it appears that the offer was only for purchases of phones of a certain colour and I've missed out. Is there any way at all to claim this tablet or at least return the phone for an applicable colour? I'm gutted.

Unfortunately if the offer has ended then your not going to be able to take up the promotional tablet @angeljs 

Samsung have strict terms and conditions and won't change these for you. 

I know this appears harsh but it is up to the purchaser to get the particulars right.
