OneDrive photo sync issues: Albums on Phone not reflected in Ondrive

On my phone images are  grouped typically in many Albums. The are correctly reflected in the gallery view on my phone It helps a lot in finding back pictures on certain Topics. 2 Related Questions:

1. How do I make a BACKUP of the gallery so that in the Onedrive On Line view the same "album" organisation is reflected? (I do not want SYNCHRONIZATION, because I do not want that Pictures get deleted from onedrive when i clean them up on my phone. or vica versa).

2. I have the Synchronize with onedrive option on and selected all ALBUMS in the "albums to synchronize". It seems that all items get synced into Onedrive but the ALBUMS Organisation Gets totally lost. (Just one bunch of files). How cans I synchronization to work with the ALBUMs maintained?
