Phone stuck on preparing dispatch

Im still waiting to get a tracking number but for some reason my order  still says preparing dispatch 

don't i have to get a tracking number from dpd ?

You normally get a message for delivery the day before the date samsung gave you on your order or even sometimes the night before. I had worries too but all was well

@OblivionES dpd have an app that may help with tracking. 

You'll probably find all of a sudden the communication you seek pops up.
