It very much looks like it will have to go for repair. Create temporary cloud backup, under maintenance mode too

To be clear, your phone case doesn't have any magnets?
Go to your phone and dial *#0*#. A menu should appear. Click Sensors, then click Self Test under Magnetic Sensors, and test it. If it fails there too?
*Note: In Settings > Security and privacy, you'll have to disable the auto blocker.
