S25 google voice assistant

Phone has done an update and I've lost google voice assistant. 

Have cleared cache and done restart ect but to no avail. 

Has anyone had similar issues and found a way to reinstall?

The S25 uses Gemini, which is still Google. Unless that's what you mean is missing?

When I say "hey google" or similar it won't engage.
I have gone onto setting and features and google assistant & voice assistant has gone.

How odd. To skip searching just search at the top "hey google" and you should see these settings under *other

Google Assistant is being replaced by Gemini and the app is closing down eventually later this year if you haven't already signed up with Gemini may be try it.

Just tried this this and got nothing like that.

Hm. Best bet would be smart tutor IMO. They'll get it going, hopefully

Google voice assistant had been changed to Gemini by update.
Retrained voice match and all working now.

In Google app Settings tap Gemini settings and scroll down to the Google Assistant features in Gemini
