Push Notifications (Alerts) - WIFI Calling push can't be turned off. Some others working, some not

1st - I love the new phone. I do have two annoying problems though:

1. Once an hour I get a push notification on my lock screen from "Wi-fi Calling". I have it turned off. The buttons to turn off notifications for it are greyed out and can't be used. I searched the web but can't find an answer. The phone is through Firstnet-At&t. After numerous searches, it seems this is a common issue and may be specific carrier programming related. 

2. I managed to get push notifications (alerts) working for Messenger after some research. I am not receiving any push notifications from my UPS App even after triple checking that all notifications are allowed. It was working fine on my old S-21.

I really like the new phone and hope updates will come to address the issues.

Me and my husband got the 25 Ultra last week through ATT. Oddly mine does the notification but his doesn't.  No difference in settings either that I can find. 

It's very annoying and I've tried changing settings include disabled phone notifications with zero change.  Hopefully a fix will be provided soon.

Mine actually stopped for a while but started back after an update was installed. Frustrating.
