Registration problem

I have registered my s25ultra in my samsung shop account 2 weeks ago when I got it, but it doesn't show my product and I tried to register again it shows it has been registered, anyone has this issue ?

Hi- welcome to the samsung members community!
Its already been registered. Maybe its been linked to another account? Is your shop email the same as your samsung account email?
I had the same, Mine did mine automatically as I signed into my samsung account.

Have a look in the members app. Click support- my products - see if your phone is there

It shows that it has been registered because you had done it already. It is not showing on your product page because there is mayhem right now. All people registering products and there is a bit of disconnect between the frontend(webpage) and the database. Allow it some time to settle and your product page will be updated accordingly.

When I got my S24 Ultra I had the same problem, the page was not even showing older products products, but it corrected itself after a few days.
