Phone Services new voicemail notifications issue

Still haven't resolved issue with continual pop up notifications from phone services on S25 Ultra. Get continual notifications for new voicemail but there are no voicemails. Have cleared cache etc but problem exists. Can anyone help. TIA xx

Yes but only the shop and no joy. Just wasn't sure if it was a Samsung or Vodafone issue

Turn voicemail off

Turn it back on after maybe an hour later

May sound odd—get someone to call you and leave a voicemail; listen to it, and then delete the voicemail.

I'm with EE and get the notification but no message left, notification appears every morning at 3.35 am or if I turn my phone off and back on 🤷‍♂️

That comes in as a voicemail message not a call icon. I can hear their message with this. The other is a phone service notification that takes you to voicemail but no voicemail there

I get the phone notifications regularly. When I have gone into settings to turn off it's greyed out and can't.

That is strange, when you normally get a voicemail message left you get voicemail message symbol not the call icon your screenshot is showing..

Yes I get a message icon when I actually receive a voicemail but this is a phone icon voicemail notification with no voicemail.
