Phone services voicemail new notification issue

Hello, looking for help with continual phone services new voicemail notifications on my Samsung s25 ultra. Keep getting these notifications. When you go to voicemail - no voicemail. Real voicemail notifications coming through via text from provider.

Can't turn off phone services voicemail notifications as greyed out.

Anyone any suggestions please?

Hello, yes but they advised it was a Samsung issue after they weren't able to resolve. I get actual voicemail notifications via text that are from network provider. The phone services new voicemail notifications take me to my voicemail but these aren't linked to any voicemails. When I delete they just come back. Bit like spam

Well, the notification originate from the network not your phone. Are you able to disable voice mail temporarily? You might have to call them if it can't be done using code. Who is the network provider?

This option is greyed out on my Samsung phone to disable voicemail notifications so can't do this. I'm with UK Vodafone
