What phone do you have and where was it purchased from. Did you try adding it in Google and or Samsung wallet

Are you still in UK and are you adding UK based cards. I'm assuming you checked cards are supported in G and S wallets

I would try removing any credit cards you already have listed, waiting a few hours, and reentering them.
