Yes, this has happened to me multiple times now on my Galaxy S25 Plus! This going to get me fired. We need Samsung to look into this. I had a Galaxy S10 for 6 years and this never happened once. I have no idea how the volume for my alarm keeps going to zero by itself, but i have had to manually turn it back up multiple times now. At first i'm pretty sure I had separate volume controls for alarms, then I changed it to have the same volume for all alarms to see if that would fix it. Spoiler alert, it didn't. Also I do not have vibration on. A simple fix would be to add a volume lock option to your alarms. I shouldn't have to download a super sketchy app off the playstore to lock my alarm volume that steals my data.
