When you go to separate app sounds, it turns on if you want certain apps to play on other devices. Not to change apps notification sounds for each individual app. I've tried everything, I can't figure it out. I have the s25 ultra, on all my other Samsung phones it was easy.

Are your talking about Android 15? Because there is no subcategory called SOUNDS AND VIBRATIONS under NOTIFICATIONS.

I figured out a way to do it. But you have to change the notification sound for each individual contact in your text list. Or however many you want to. When u click on each person's name, then click the 3 dots in the corner, then go to notifications and you can change the sound for each person to something else. Took me about 30 minutes, but I got them all done.

I'm sorry. Click the 3 dots on each person's name, go to "details", then to notifications, then down to sound

When you go to separate app sounds in the 2nd picture. That means if you want to play a certain app on separate device. Like playing your YouTube on a speaker instead of your phone. That's all that does
