Hey, I just bough s25 ultra as well for my fiancée.
In just 2hours she started to have problems with sim card.
Phone keeps giving notification at the bottom that sim is not detected.
Then after 1-2 mins it will work again for few mins and again same issue.
Just to mention , she did not have any issues on her other phone with exactly same sim card.
And Yeah , we tried restarting, factory reset, checking if sim is clean and so on, settings also has been reseted.
I though for a sec it might be sim problem, but if is working in other phone but not in s25 ultra, then it can be software or hardware issue.
Seen people having same issues, Honestly I think we will just go for replacement, if same issue will happen, then I guess she will not have some great experience with her first Samsung phone

Try the sim card in the secondary slot @KylVie
There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
However if this issue remains then if your still within the cooling off period then have it swapped out.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

@KylVie: To check if there is a potential issue with the SIM slot, please try inserting the SIM into the SIM2 slot to see if you notice an improvement. For guidance, please refer to page 16 of the user manual.

In addition to all the suggestions, try your fiancé's SIM card in your phone.

Hey guys thanks for any suggestion.
It was actually a faulty sim reader.
In the replacement everything works perfect.

Eventually physical SIM cards will just be a memory. I switched to an eSIM as soon as I had the opportunity to do so.
