My new S25 is dropping wireless connection constantly. My old S21 kept right next to it is perfectly fine.

Wifi6e

The only connection change i see is S25 - WPA3 connection while S21 - WPA/WPA2.

It keeps saying WPA3 connection is required.

I have Xfinity. The latest gigabit connection and latest router.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here. Currently travelling in Uzbekistan, having WiFi connection problems every where I go. Restaurants, trains, hotels. You name it.

I am using S25 Ultra and from Malaysia.

I am also having the same issue with my WiFi in the UK. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting and also restarted my WiFi and my S25 a number of times but it's still not connecting to WiFi properly.

Anyone knows what to do to enable WiFi 6E scanning? I see only 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.

Same problem with my S25 in Italy, when the phone connects to my work network after a couple of minutes it loses internet connectivity.
it is unacceptable that Samsung still hasn't fixed such a major problem

Whatever connection problems you guys are having - I can confirm that my Galaxy S25 Ultra works perfectly fine on all wifi networks I have tested it on so far, and that's a lot, including my home network (7 APs, 3 of them Wifi7 and 3 Wifi6), several large campus networks and lots of hotspots. Compared to the S23 Ultra I used before and my wife's S21 Ultra, it does a much better job, especially in the 6GHz band.

May I suggest that you enable developer options and switch off scan rate limiting? And while you're at it, enable the WiFi connectivity lab settings and turn on "show network quality info" and L4S. Also, run a wifi inspection on networks you are having problems with (in the connectivity lab settings).

In case you don't know how to do this, try tapping on the build number in phone info several times, and tap several times on "intelligent wifi version" in the "intelligent wifi" settings. Have fun! (Enter at your own risk though.)

Its 100% a issue with the phone...  Not having any drops, but speed issues.

U7 Pro, and various other AP's same problem so its not the access point/router.

Speeds are all over the place between 300-900mbps on 5GHz AND 6GHz along with WiFI 7...

S23 Ultra, Pixel 9 Pro, iPhone 16 all getting around 1.6gbps.

Mine becomes extremely slow too at times. Hope samsung are aware and fix ASAP. I have 1gb Internet speeds yet my S25 struggles to download stuff.. it runs at a couple kbps

Same exact thing for me. I'll be using messenger and I get a message that messenger has to switch to cellular because WiFi isn't working, even though it shows connected. Same thing when trying to repost a video on tiktok, even though tiktok is working perfectly otherwise. If I switch to cellular or turn the WiFi off and back on, it fixes the issue, until it happen again, usually multiple times a day.

I'm in Canada with a TP-link WiFi6 router with fiber internet. Never had these issues with other devices or my s23 Ultra.

I don't know if this helps anyone, but I was having problems with both connecting to my laptop using 'Phone Link' and monitoring my 'Solar Panel System' using FoxCloud2.0 on my S25.  Phone Link told me to 'Connect your mobile device to Wi-Fi or allow syncing over mobile data' though  my phone connections said that I was connected to my home Wi-Fi. I tried restarting phone, Wi-Fi etc. etc. and finally worked out that it was the VPN app I was using on my S25.  I switched this off and everything worked.

I'm not using - and have never used - a VPN, but am still having the issue described by others in this thread. I've never had it happen with any other phone, and the phone is the only thing that has changed. Ergo... pretty sure it's the phone.
