I was so worried for nothing! Got an email yesterday saying my package shipped, and they both arrived today. Gray colour, btw.

I just asked a representative and they told me once it's validated it'll come within 30 days. Hopefully soon.

Stop promising false hope to people on here. Mine says it will be delivered on 31st may - 4months after ordering the phone! samsung is going downhill

They said the same to me but this is not true. If you check your orginal order email for your phone, you will see the items from the starter kit added to your order and it will give u a delivery date on there. Mine says 31st of may !!! 4months away from original order date. Appalling service

It's not appearing on the original email for me. Only thing that's there is the phone, and the galaxy Buds(they were meant to come on 01.03.2025 but still not here!!). I ordered on 31.01.2025 and only the phone is here 😂.

This is what mine looks like, if yours ain't there that means your review hasn't been validated yet so hasn't been added to your order yet. And I only just recieved my buds on the 28th Feb i understand the frustration!! it should at least show your delivery date for your buds on that original email.

I left mine on the 6th of Feb. I've given up waiting for this case I'm ordering a mous case - plus I had a look at the case from the starter kit in store and it's not that great

Same i bought a case for £10 for now but really makes a difference when u spend a bit of money on a case! It took about 3 weeks for them to add the starter kit to my order after leaving the review 😮

Hi- false hope? I stated it'll take 30 days, as that what it said.
You found out you were getting it before 30 days, you've been given a date, so its coming- you know its coming- shame its taking so long.
