Changed promotion no wireless duo

So, I reviewed my s25 ultra for the free starter pack. It's been validated and no its showing that its being delivered, only it not the wireless charger, just tolhe normal 2.0 charger. 

They've told me that nowhere says that its a wireless charger, but still confirm the starter pack is worth £128, the charger and case come too £93. Really annoyed that theyve decided not to send the wireless charger. Has anybody else had this issue?

Possibility they've run out of the charging pads 🤔 

Like with most promotions it is while stocks last I believe so they look to have swapped out the charging option. 

I totally understand and appreciate you will have set your sights on the charging pad that others have received.

I just feel its a little unfair, as it states £128 starter pack and im being sent something considerably less than that

I have received the wireless charger and its only 15W. I would be happy to receive this 45W charger instead.

I have 3 of the 45w chargers, so don't really need another one

I think Samsung ran out of them, it's not very special, not that fast wheres the 45W charger is.

I believe it depends when you bought your device.....

The initial offer (from memory) was the charging brick then a later offer was the wireless charging pad.
