Hello.

While I am thoroughly enjoying my new S25 Ultra, I have noticed something. My Bluetooth headphones sound rather quiet when connected to the phone. This is true for both the Galaxy Buds 3 that came with the phone and my Sony over-ear headphones; even at maximum volume, they are quite subdued. I was hoping someone might have suggestions on how to resolve this. It seems unusual that this would occur with multiple headphones, leading me to suspect a possible phone connection issue.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi.

Under settings search for 'Sound quality and effects'.

You can then play with the settings there like

Dolby Sound

Loudness Normalisation

And even

Adapt Sound to you.

😊

Hello 👋 @MLG_Charizard

Press the volume up rocker and tap on the 3 dots at the top of the slider , and then tap on the cog.

Then the 3 little dots in the top rh corner and choose Media Volume Limit.

Toggle it On and adjust to suite.

And look at >

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s23-series/very-low-media-volume-on-bluetooth

And https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/low-or-poor-audio-quality-on-samsung-earbuds...

Turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Hey, thanks so much for the tips! If anyone else has this problem, I fixed mine by clearing the Bluetooth agent cache in the app settings and restarting my phone. That worked for my Sony headphones. The Galaxy Buds 3 are either faulty or don't fit right, but I'm not too worried since they were free, haha. I'll probably just give them away.
