How to move the app screen search box/bar back to the top?

Just moved to the S25 from S23 and I'm not impressed with OneUI 7.

As far as the app screen/drawer is concerned, I know where all my apps are by muscle memory and only use the search function once in a blue moon. The search bar really should be far away from my fingers at the top like it has always been.

There should at least be an option to select the location of the search bar.

The latest update only allows u to open one app at at time whule searching.If it wasnt broke why did you fix it.Change it back.Maybe i need an iphone too

I found an alternative fix, which changes slightly the experience,  but is actually comfortable (still change of muscle memory is needed):

From Good Lock - use the Home up app. There in the Home screen settings switch on the Finder access. Then change habits to use it directly from the home screen.

I've added my frustrations here, but I have found an alternative for now.  I've added the Google search widget to the home screen at the top.  This gives me a search bar at the top of the screen, and you can search for an app on your phone and the app shows up in the middle of the screen.  I'm using this until Samsung/Android fixes this issue.
