Free double storage upgrade pre order S25 ultra

I pre ordered a 512gb s25 ultra and was told I'd get double the storage. Recieved my phone today and it's only 512gb. Anyone else experienced this same issue???

Samsung has had these double storage offers since the S21 ultra .

Can't see how people missed it unless they are first-time buyers who may have been too excited on the orders.😊

Same issues every year, people don't read the small print, the double storage was 512 for the price of 256 £1249 and 1tb for the price of 512 £1349.

Last year I ordered 128gb and got 256. I order every year too and I'm p****d off I only got the 256 instead of 512. The 512 phone was more expensive so confusing or costs you more using that option

Regardless of the wording, if you ordered directly from Samsung, you could return the phone, no questions asked and order another one.

When does the discount come off, I'm thinking of ordering the 512 gb for the price of lower storage one, but the discount hasn't come off at checkout 🤔

Is this promotion only valid for the Ultra S25 model, or does it apply to others as well, such as the regular S25?

Yes same here, totally unclear in hindsight. I need a 1tb, paid for 512, arrived today, i will send it back
