Free double storage upgrade pre order S25 ultra

I pre ordered a 512gb s25 ultra and was told I'd get double the storage. Recieved my phone today and it's only 512gb. Anyone else experienced this same issue???

yeah had the same problem too been on the live chat for over 2hrs and getting no understanding on my explanation on my experience on my purchasing my phone and his explanations didn't reflect my understanding of the offer on the website of the time i purchase my phone. i bought a s25 256gb and it said in the offers section get 512bg for the price of 256gb when you pre-order now

same here i don't trust them any more chelating i spoke to customer service not give me proper answer i am sending back also ask me to pat £5.99 postage my self

Same here, i got my phone during the week. I have just opened it up today to transfer everything across and found that the phone is only 512g instead of the promised 1t

You had to choose the 1tb version and you would then pay the same price as if the 512gb version. It was really clear to me anyway to understand this on ordering. If i had purchased the 512Gb i would have paid the price for the 256gb - but would have got 512gb. The error alas is not on Samsungs side.

Thousands no doubt, Samsung's marketing department has lost them lots of customers and damaged their reputation. No one likes to be made look foolish by vague and misleading headlines irrespective of the small print.

Yes - I experienced the same problem on the 1st Feb,25 - I selected the mobile which showed the promotion 256GB upgrade to 512GB - as the Samsung promotion showed the original storage (256GB voided) and the double storage automatic upgrade written alongside. However, my order confirmation/receipt for the phone did not reflect the promotion which showed on their website? I since received the phone - which wasn't the upgrade selected -but the 256GB?

I had the same issue! I Pr e ordered the 512 GB S 25 Ultra expecting the double storage offer, but when I received my phone, it was only 512 GB.
