Free double storage upgrade pre order S25 ultra

I pre ordered a 512gb s25 ultra and was told I'd get double the storage. Recieved my phone today and it's only 512gb. Anyone else experienced this same issue???

Just rang customer service and they said the same thing. Returning it, I would loose the offer.

This is the first time buying direct from Samsung, I normally buy from Vodafone or 3, and never had an issue getting the promotion until now.

Lesson learned. I'll keep the 512GB because with the discounts and trade in, the handset cost just over £500, so I can't complain too much.

Well if you have a old handset (200 tradein), can get more codes 😉 (livechat maybe) and can afford the outlay then order again and you sell one but yeah just keep it otherwise

Can't you just order the correct one while the promo is still on then return the other one within 14days?

As others said you have to be specific when choosing your storage. I click the "1 TB" for the price of 512gb. its not an automatic upgrade as such.

The upgrade they mentioned is you will get the 1 Tb for the prize of 512. You should choose the 1 TB instead of 512

Sorry to say this to you as straight as possible but this was not a trickery, what i do sometimes when i dont understand something is i either look for more information or ask chatGPT to simplify things for me and trust me it really helps

If you selected the 512gb version in the order page, you've been doubted up from 256gb.

You need to select the 1TB, the price for which was set at the price for the 512gb post pre-order period.

Brother ! Literally you have to select 1TB to get the 1TB discount priced the same as  512gb

There is a 14 day return but if you open the box then if you return the device Samsung deduct 20% of the purchase price before discounts as the device is no longer "new" so if you are returning then don't open the box.

Also note that it can take up to 14 days for the return to be registered, entered back into stock and for Samsung to confirm and then up to 14 days for the refund.

So unless you have the funds to place another order before pre order ends (i.e. double storage and other offers) you'll lose the option to double up from 512gb to 1TB anyway.
