Anyone know where to leave a full review to claim a free case with charger for s25 series ?

"Purchase a Galaxy S25, S25+, or S25 Ultra from Samsung.com between 22/01/25 and 06/02/25. We will email you a link to complete a review form after the 14- day returns period has expired. You must review your phone using that link within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days"

Wasted an hour trying to upload a review. Submit submit submit.. nothing happens, static screen.

I placed two separate orders (my email ID for both)

  • Order #1 was an S25 Ultra
  • Order #2 was an S25+

I have been asked last week to do the review for the S25 Ultra but had nothing for the 2nd order of the S25+

----------

Wondering why I got one and not the other when both orders placed same day and arrived at the same time delivery wise.

I have the same issue as everyone else, ive clicked submit on the review after filling in all the details and nothing happens when clicking submit. I do not know if my review has been submitted and the sumsung support is useless. Thied it on Chrome and edge browser from a PC from the phone incogneto mode etc etc nothing works it will not submit.
