Yes same email, separate orders. Been on chat to them several times and keep being told to wait the "14 days" from getting order. Which is well past. I am not even sure the first review for order 1 submitted

I appear to have managed to resolve my issue by submitting 2-3 reviews per order. I used the same review link from my first order to complete for order ID #2 also and after some time the Samsung order confirmation email came through for order #1# for the S25 Ultra... I then submitted 1-2 more reviews for the 2nd order and then a confirmation came through for order #2#. Not sure what's expected but this appears to have worked for me, hopefully receive the items tomorrow. Not been a great experience for this promotion.

Both free chargers + wireless chargers + cases received for two separate orders placed on launch. I only got the link to review for one of these orders though.
