Delivery (Order status)

I pre ordered S25 Ultra Titanium pinkgold 1TB on January 27th. My order status is at order confirmed. And it says get it by 22 February. Is there anyone having to receive theirs late? Or I might get it earlier

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

As you've ordered a 1TB version, there will be a lower initial stock. Orders are allocated as they are received.

So as you've been given a later date (some are now being given March delivery dates for online special colours) it will be a case of waiting in afraid.

It is fairly usual for Samsung.

Principle will be the same but it depends on what stock they bought in.

Would have to check the provider's website

It's really poor that they don't know how much stock or orders have been taken as people order
