Free buds and starter kit with S25 series - Joke?

I purchased the S25+ and received it the beginning of Feb with confirmation that the buds3 would be with me by 28th February. I have been in 2 online chats and basically get canned responses and the agents just avoid answering the question directly.

Why would you run a promotion and offer a delivery date if you cannot fulfil it. 

A big factored played when ordering this phone was for the headphone and need these to do my job and decided that I could wait a couple of weeks for the buds to arrive, purchased the phone and am still without the buds. 

You have not kept your end of the deal!

The fact that there is unprecedented demand for the product is not my problem, you ran the offer and should be in a position to fulfil it everyone's order. 

I need to know a delivery date or if you can offer an alternative as I'm getting to the point where I'll need to purchase a pair of headphones of some description.

I appreciate your frustrated however as this forum is not another customer service route , i.e a customer to customer discussion forum Samsung customer service wouldn't see your post. 

My understanding is that the promotional items arrive in approximately 30 days stock dependant. 

However do check the promotional terms and conditions if you haven't already for the specific details. 

I hope you receive them soon.

People who pre-ordered in Jan have received their free buds 3 and starter kits. Samsung fans know that in order to get the promotional items on time you need to be the at the head of the queue. Unfortunately you'll need to play the waiting game as it's all based on stock availability. If they did indeed give you a delivery date you can get a goodwill voucher towards future purchases as a form of compensation but I suggest waiting as it will arrive eventually. I had my delivery date pushed back twice when I ordered the ring and buds 3 pro last year and they offered a £50 shop voucher to apologise. CSRs are limited in what they can do over the phone when you speak to them so I'd suggest being polite and they'll help the best they can. I've learnt that from past calls with them.

I havent got my starter kit either, so it's not just you

Yes, i phoned yesterday about both items.knew before I spoke to them that I wouldn't get anywhere. Just the usual scripted responses. Just a matter of waiting. Im not holding out much hope for the usefulness of the buds either. Heard lots of bad reports that they don't fit well.

My S25U was delivered on the 6th Feb, although the Buds 3 showed in my order it did give an April ETA.
10 days later I got the email invite to leave review, from which I would receive the Starter Kit.
Today (7th March) I received the Buds 3.
Still not got anything relating to the Starter Kit yet, nor is it showing in my orders.
