Samsung's customer service is ridiculous. I preordered the S25 Ultra and got the buds 3 with it for free, all was well. Then the delivery got delayed for no explicible reason. In the time of my original delivery date, 22nd Feb, and delayed date, 8th March, I moved house, so will not be able to access the old address where the phone will be delivered. I ask to get this changed, Samsung tells me they cannot for security purposes, (I'd expect a company as big as Samsung to have high enough security, so it is not a security concern to amend order details). They tell me to cancel my order and re-order it, but in doing so I lose all of my preorder discounts which I obviously do not want to lose, and I am told they are incapable of applying those discounts to a new order. What a joke, absolutely useless.
