Delayed delivery of S25 ultra

How many other's are experiencing delays? Never had this issue after years of owning Samsung items. Have contacted through support but still a dead end, having to wait. Can get a S25 ultra if visit shop but have purchased pre ordered with offers.

I ordered the S24 back in January as I needed a phone ASAP, they took the order only to tell me 3 days later its not available, was then told I should pre order the S25, so I opted for the S25 Ultra 1TB and was told it would arrive for 7th February. Spoke to someone on Friday and they said wait 72 hours for tracking, still nothing on Tuesday! Thinking of just cancelling now.

Samsung is taking the P*** now. Some have received their order. Shops have them to sell on contract. Pre order is a joke, tempted with good offers then delays. Will be looking else where in the future!?

I have pre-ordered the device (with exchanging my old phone) and the buds3 pro on 2/2 and it was stated that I will get it on 5/2. My order is stuck on "shipping requested" since then. I have contacted support through WhatsApp many times and they just said they have many orders and facing issues and they just gave me 3 months of Samsung care. It's unbelievable how delayed it is! If I have pre-ordered it from a different company or a network provider I would have gotten it in the SAME DAY!!!! If by Sunday I don't see it shipped I'm cancelling my pre-order and to hell with the pre-order benefits. Although I want the device but this delay just made me completely repulsed that I don't want it anymore

Just noticed on my credit check a hard search from Vodafone which is interesting since I picked the Three sim and I'm pretty sure merge ain't happened yet.
I did get weird email from Vodafone welcoming me so I think they screwed up with wrong company and just can't be bothered to send right order

 I have  placed the order at 24 of Jan, yesterday I contacted Samsung and they gave me a 5% off voucher. Pathetic. I regret 2000 times I left my iphone 15pro max for the s25ultra. Simply the company made me to be disgusted by them. No help at all. Not even a little bit proffesionalism. When you sell a premium product have the courtesy to support it also. So what if I have more memory if I cannot have the phone. Every day it's passing and  i do not get any email I regret even more! Thank you Samsung for making it clear what is your place in the smartphone world!

You know what is funny? People who ordered the device on the 5th of February got their devices few days later, while people who pre-ordered it are still waiting. This defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering.

I would hedge a bet it will get cancelled and some lie will be given as to why. If you used the pa2 code they seem to be cancelling these like they never expected us to use them

Ordered my s25u, blue, 512Gb on 2/5 with an expected delivery of 2/10. Now customer service stated that It’s now scheduled to be delivered 3/1 and has no other updates.  This is really frustrating.  

I can go to my local mobile store, how ever I’ll miss out on all the promotions (free storage upgrade, discount on headphones and other accessories)… I wish t-mobile had the same promotions as Samsung and I could pick it up in store instead of having to wait.  

im a 14 y Apple user converting to android for the first time and seriously thinking on canceling my order.
