Delayed delivery of S25 ultra

How many other's are experiencing delays? Never had this issue after years of owning Samsung items. Have contacted through support but still a dead end, having to wait. Can get a S25 ultra if visit shop but have purchased pre ordered with offers.

I had the same problem but my order just got cancelled today. They state it to be unauthorised from network provider but that is false as I rang them myself.

Did you choose an exclusive colour 🤔 

Sometimes the latter 1tb option can have delays too. 

Did you purchase directly from Samsung.

Quick to take the money but not honour the delivery!!!!

If there is a delay, it will either be:

Stock in transit
Order to be cancelled
S24 Ultra

Third option they sent it out and returned it to themselves then say you had it delivered as pdp say it compete
I am about to raise a credit card charge back as it look like samsung have taken my funds and withheld my product.
There some serious internal failure within their system and supply chain that gone totally wrong.

Same here I decided to go with White Ultra since it showed it would be delivered by Feb 11th, then Samsung changed it to the 12 and today they changed it to March 5th, called em up, nothing can be done, been with Samsung since Note 10 and never had this problem, UGH!

Mine was at the local dpd and then got returned now I have a delivery successful email a tax receipt and a request for me to send my s23 ultra.

I assume when I don't send my phone to them I am going to be hit for 500 quid since I didn't send it.

It's a blinking mess and support is non existing and no way to speak to anyone in the UK
