Data backup issues

Anyone else having issues with Data Backup? Almost 2 weeks into my S25 Ultra and I'm finding that Apps don't appear to be backing up. Call logs, Calendar etc no problem but after 3-4 minutes I get notification that Apps couldn't back up. Only appears to be Samsung backup as Google backup is fine. Additionally the Samsung backup isn't automatically backing up daily as I believe it is meant to? Have done Soft Reset and removed account etc.Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for your reply. I had previously tried this with no joy but have just repeated the process and it has backed up over my wi-fi, I will be interested in seeing if automatic daily backups begin again tomorrow 🤞. I will be keeping an eye on it. Thanks again.

Appears that I am not alone. I have noticed this since Day 1. Using S25U.

Manually trigger always works. But overnight automatic backup has never worked for me since owning this flagship on Day 1.

I'm having an issue. I've been manually backing up as phone new and I've been making daily tweets to layouts. But just turned phone on, all my saved google chrome links gone my home screen lay out changed and when I go to back ups it says none exist?
How is that possible as only I could authorise them to be deleted from the cloud.

S25, auto backup doesn't work for me but I go to bed at 3am so maybe it only works before 3?

My auto backup is back working again, suddenly "fixed" itself after about 2 weeks. Hopefully you will resolve it as well.

I have the exact same issue. Anyone know when this will be fixed? Can't believe a brand new model phone's auto backup is broken. My s22 auto backup was working perfectly fine.

It's not broken for everyone, mine started working after I signed out of my Samsung account and signed back in. It's just a bug that seems to affect a few people. I believe it's something to do with how you set your phone up but I have no way of testing that

Hi, i did the sign out then sign in from my samsung account and auto backup started to work. But, i did a recharge with flight mode on (previously it was off), and auto backup does not work anymore. I've signed out/in,  restarted phone, all the tricks, but the problem won't resolve.  

Hopefully samsung fix this issue for s25.
