Cannot use samsung wallet

Got email saying my phone has been registered but when signing it out says it failed. I get the error about clearing play services. Tried all that and nothing works.

Perhaps try >

1. Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

And > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

Can you use Google Wallet in the interim.

Cannot wipe cache as I have to connect USB to a computer and currently laptop is away being repaired. All my cards are in samsung wallet and I don't have the originals. Every time I switch phones this breaks. So I'm stuck without membership, loyalty, debit cards until I this fixed. So it's very annoying that samsung still haven't managed to get smart switch to work with samsung wallet

I've tried a full factory reset and still not able to get Samsung Wallet to work. I tried the support email address and no response. Google wallet is terrible and the lack on integration with one ui makes it cumbersome to use. And now I'm missing out on benefits because I can only claim them claim the Samsung app
