hey, I think you would have had to select pickup at a Samsung experience store in order to have that option.

I pre ordered after the live event, chose pick up instead of delivery, and I chose samsung kx and the date to pick it up said 01 Feb.

did you check your emails? Normally they'd notify you that your device is ready for pickup (as far as I'm aware)

Cool thanks for the info! Checked and there still is no email from them. But I've read some posts on reddit that they don't have updates as well as emails despite getting pick up by 01 Feb as well. Tried rummaging through here as maybe some would have just went to kx and got their orders even if they didn't get a notification. Lol. Just too excited tbh. 😂
