Call recorder and transcript assist not working

Hi, call recorder and transcript not working on new UK S25 ultra. I've enabled all the features, watched the samung video and nothing. No icons popping up making or receiving a call .

Make sure your phone is fully up to date, that being system updates, Google play system updates (the first being December security patch and second being October). Make sure Google play apps are up to date, make sure Samsung store apps are up to date

Same problem for me, and I'm living in Sweden.
