Auto transcript of phone call not working

I've just had a phone call that I needed to record on my S25+. I made sure I had record calls enabled and also auto transcribe recorded calls enabled but for some reason it has recorded the call but it doesn't look like it's transcribed the call.

Why?

I've checked under recents and even though it shows a microphone next to the call, there is nothing for transcriptions.

What did I do wrong?

If there a way I can transcribe the recorded call I've just recorded that's been saved on my phone?
