Hi, I bought the new S25 ultra and my banking app BNC is failing at startup... it was working fine on my previous S23 ultra. I have call the app service support but the didn't find anything. Someone with the same issue ? Galaxy S25 Ultra

Remove and reinstall the app to start with

I usually have to uninstall and reinstall one of my banking apps. I'm also forced to use NFC and place my passport under the phone to confirm my identity. It's a minor hassle but it's for our safety.
Your banking app might 'see' you have a new phone and not allow you to make any transactions until you prove who you are. As was previously mentioned, removing and reinstalling would be my first thing to try.
