Hi everyone,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 and I'm trying to pair it with the radio in my VW Sharan 2014. The pairing process works fine, and phone calls work without any issues.
However, I cannot play audio/media through Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth settings on my phone, the "Audio" option is visible, but I can't enable it. When I tap the Audio toggle, it just switches back to off immediately.
Sometimes, the media connection works randomly, but after turning off and starting the car again, the problem comes back — audio streaming doesn't work, only phone calls.
Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community forum.
Is there another phone connected? I have had similar experience when a second phone is connected to the car. I an enable the the phone capabilities but the audio is busy with a second phone.
You could try going into the Car's menu and deleted all phones which are not the S25. Alternatively, there is an option to replace the connected phone and use the S25 as the phone connected for audio and calls.

Thanks for the tip. I already tried deleting and re-pairing the S25. I also removed all other phones from the car's system.
Interestingly, sometimes the S25 connects properly and media audio works, but other times it doesn’t — and I can’t figure out why.
What’s strange is that other phones work for media audio without any issues, whether it's an iPhone or another Android device. Only the S25 has this problem.
