Here are my suggested actions:

Go to device care, memory, and turn off RAM Plus. This massively helped my battery and system performance. This personally really helped.

In settings, you could see how you get along with changing your performance profile to light.

Since you transferred via SmartThings, I would also highly recommend this.

You could also try:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect to a computer using a USB-C to USB-C cable (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USB-C). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition."
6. Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select.
7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted.
8. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I have not personally set my performance profile to light and kept it as standard. But I was getting about 6 hours of battery before doing the steps above.

Additionally, it can take a while for the battery optimizations to fully take place.

Looking at your usage here:

Scaling this up to reflect 100% battery you'll get 4.5 hours Screen On Time and 2 full days screen off time.

Doesn't look too bad.

Yeah I did all of that what bugs me is a lot of people are on max settings and still getting around 10hours - 12 hours

But it shouldn't be like that , if someone is getting around 10 - 12 hours of screen on time i should be getting the same even if it is in standby mode , first 3 to 4 days it was good and now having this isn't right

Like I mentioned above. Im on max settings and was getting 5/6 hours. Clearing cache and turning off RAM plus is what fixed it for me I now get 10-12 hours. What it could be is people getting the phone earlier and now their battery is more optimised

Yeah I have ram plus off , I'll charge it again and see what happens. But even so if majority have max setting and getting 10 plus hours, it should be the same here

Perfect. To be sure you're aware, the battery adapts to usage over time. For me, my first week of having my phone, it had terrible battery life. Day to day (even after applying the settings above), it is slowly becoming longer. I've heard it can even take up to six weeks to fully optimize, but the majority does so after 14 days.

OK because my learning pattern usage ended within like 4 days when I received my device on the 2nd Feb, do you recommend charging to 100% which i have been or 80%

I turned on basic protection so it stops charging at 100% and waits for it to drop to 95% before charging again, from what I remember. Obviously, setting battery protection higher will benefit more. Maybe try adaptive?
