While Safe Mode is a great tool, it should be mentioned that there are changes to undo when you reboot your phone.
In my case, there were several widgets that had to be added again; I had to go back and make MS SwiftKey my default keyboard again; I had to go back and make Edge my default browser since Safe Mode changed it to Chrome.
I'm sure there may have been more annoyances, but they slipped my mind.
It would have been nice if my setup had been reverted to what it was.

@davehorne Thanks for pointing this out though suppose overall the benefits outweigh the inconvenience, at times running in Safe Mode is necessary. perhaps it can be taken onboard.
