wifi issues

When I try to use an app, for instance, sky sports or x or Instagram When I open the page the page The pictures don't download. I end up switching the Wi-Fi off and then the pictures download via my data Straight away

My partner and son both have iphones. They don't have this issue just on mine I am using sky ultrafast No other issues as in download and programs on the Telly. Streaming, anything just my wi fi is the issue 

I have forgot the network on my phone and restarted it.I also restarted the router

Any Advice or help will be much appreciated

This does occasionally happen with me too @Sis24ultra 

I'm on o2 Mobile Data and BT Full Fibre 900.

Hi, does this only happen with your home network or anyone's. Does it happen when you visit a friend's house and connect to their wifi?

This could be a wifi configuration setting issue with your router. It could be down to the wifi band your router is using and which one your S24 is connected to. Your best best would be to speak to a tech from your Internet provider so they can guide you through troubleshooting.

I only use my home wifi, but I think I'm going to call Sky See to see if there is anything they can help me with cheers

Try a different browser app, too. I use Edge with no problems.
