That does this mean? wifi calling is working or wifi calling is not?

Was with o2 and had wifi calling. Changed to Lebara and I keep getting this notification.

In connection settings wifi calling is not listed at all.

I assume that above notification means its not working?

Anyone Help.

Paul Williams.

This is perfectly normal notification it's used by Vodafone to show you're connected to WiFi calling and as Lebara use Vodafone that's why you're getting it

If you get the icon in the task bar, it means it's active and working. However, the wifi calling option should be showing in the phones settings. What happens when you expand on the notification. I notice there's an exclamation mark on it. Open it up and read what it says.

Also try this

remove the sim and restart the phone. This will delete the Lebara settings. Reinsert the sim and restart the phone. This will reinstall the Lebara settings including, hopefully, the Wifi Calling menu entry in Settings>connections. Toggle on if necessary.
If that fails then reach out to Lebara and check its active on your account.

Tried the above. As you can see not listed under connections. Lebara say all sim cards are wifi calling enabled. But I have my  suspicion that some are not..

So that wifi calling notification with the exclamation mark means its not connecting or working.

I have get  in touch with lebara.

Many Thanks Robin999.

It might be worth trying to wipe the cache partition as recommended after any major update

Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/

You can even try resetting your mobile settings. Settings>general management >reset >reset all settings
Still speak to Lebara as well.

Going forward too, can you please reply to answers rather than creating a new separate post. That way, I'll get a notification when you post. Thank you.

Just done a partition cache wipe. Done all above still no solution. I have googled Lebara community posts and its a common problem.

Many Thanks.

Thanks. Sorry none of it helped. Here's hoping Lebara sort it out.

WiFi calling is available from the Internet, this is useful if you have no phone signal. You can turn it off from the drop down settings at the top of the phone. TBH it's a slightly useless feature as not all phones are compatible to receive WiFi calls. Hope this helps
